The Job
The Chef De Partie position plays a vital role in the kitchen team at the butchershop and has been a great stepping stone for many team members over the years to develop new skills and express one’s passion. The right candidate shall be able through time to manage their station and provide the highest levels of consistency on the dishes they are tasked with preparing. Working to a high spec, the right candidate will be trained to be fluent in working across various stations. Providing ongoing support to the senior team members and all co workers, as well as assist in stock takes, ordering, prep and cleaning.
The Person
The right candidate will have minimum of two years kitchen experience working with high quality, high volume venues. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and enthusiastic about getting to work with the very best produce sourced from the highest standard of suppliers. A creative streak and a want to explore new ideas is essential.
